I just want some alone time
My son was frustrated with his siblings. Of course he was the one getting in trouble for trying to wrestle with a 3 and 1 year old.
He said “I just want some alone time!”
I completely understand.
When you’re so used to using the ladies room with the door open, that you forget to shut it when guests are over, you know you need a break!

Good Enough

OOOOO. I’ve totally done that. But can we have some alone time together. Not in the restroom.
I hear ya… maybe you need to take a break… have hubby watch the kiddos for awhile and then do whatever you’d like. I used to think that I’d want to go shopping or something. But ya wanna know what I’d really like?? To get a hotel with room service and just lock myself in and read all day long. Ah… heaven….
Oops. Hope they were close friends!
I do that, too! And sometimes (depending on how close these friends are) I don’t even correct my behavior!!
I am going to post my questions for you in the comments section of my blog now!
I know the feeling. The reaching for the door to slam it when you hear the steps gettin closer. What I want to know is do you get company in the toilet. Or does this just happen to me? Ofcourse I mean from your kids, not your guests. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have company in the toilet. I particularly love the questions about…are you going peepee mommy? Are you going poopy mommy? It’s almost a running commentary.
Call a friend, go out for a coffee, or dinner…..something. Just escape!!!
This posts resonates with me soooo much. I love it when my hubby comes home from work and asks me to remove the kids from the bathroom so he can have some privacy.
Pardon??
